Exam-style questions with diagrams
Draft objective, theory and practical questions in WAEC, NECO or BECE style, with diagrams you can add to the question bank.
AI Studio
The problem today
How it works
Choose the class, subject and topic. For questions, choose the type, the exam style (WAEC, NECO or BECE), the thinking level, and whether it is answered on screen or on paper. Save the setup and it is one tap next week.
Questions with options, answers and marking guides, each with a note of anything to double-check; diagrams; lesson plans; homework ideas; or a whole class's report-card comments from their scores.
Edit anything, throw out what you don't like, approve the rest. AI comments wait as 'awaiting review' until a teacher approves or edits them.
Approved questions and diagrams go into your CBT question bank. Approved comments go on the report card. Lesson plans and worksheets go to the class.

What changes
Draft objective, theory and practical questions in WAEC, NECO or BECE style, with diagrams you can add to the question bank.
Bold and simple for creche and nursery, exam-precise for SS 3. Exam drawing, textbook, worksheet or colouring sheet; labelled, or numbered for 'name the parts'. Every one prints clearly in black and white.
A request that contains a student's name, admission number or phone number is refused before it reaches the AI, with what to take out.
The whole AI Studio is in the Android app: questions of every type, diagrams, lesson plans, and letters for the school office.
Draft remarks for a whole class from the score sheet, on the web or the app. Each one waits for a teacher's approval.
Draft circulars and letters to parents with a short SMS version, a plain reading of a term's results, and head's comments to review.
Students ask the AI tutor about their subjects and get explanations, not just answers, within limits the school sets.

Questions
No. AI-drafted comments sit as 'awaiting review' until a teacher approves or edits each one. Nothing reaches a report card unreviewed.
They are drafts in the style of WAEC, NECO or BECE papers, with answers and marking guides. A teacher checks and edits them before they go into the question bank, the same as a colleague's draft.
Yes. Describe the diagram, such as a plant cell, a circuit or a triangle with given sides, and AI Studio draws it for the age of the class you chose. Pick the look (exam drawing, textbook, worksheet or colouring sheet) and whether parts are labelled or numbered for candidates to name. Then change one thing at a time: simpler, bolder for printing, bigger labels. Labels are typed text, so they are spelled correctly, and each diagram comes with a short list of things to check before use.
That is the rule they are drawn to: parts are told apart by line and pattern, never by colour alone. A black-and-white preview shows how it will print before you save it.
From the class score sheet, on the web or in the app, tap Draft AI remarks. Each comment is based on that student's scores and waits for the teacher to approve or edit it.
Your school decides which AI features are switched on, and every draft stays inside SchoolPilot until someone approves it. If a teacher types a student's name, admission number, phone number or email into a request, it is refused before anything is sent, with a note of what to take out. Ask us during your demo and we will show you exactly what each feature sends.
Yes. AI Studio is in the SchoolPilot Android app: questions of every type straight into the question bank, diagrams saved to the school's picture library, lesson plans and homework ideas, with saved setups for the drafts a teacher makes every week.
No. AI Studio and the AI tutor are included in every plan, with no per-question or per-comment charges.
